

Belgrade, May 23, IRNA – Iran's Ambassador to Bucharest Hamid Moayer in a meeting with Romanian General Prosecutor Augustin Lazar on Monday reviewed importance of cooperation between the two countries on campaign against organized crimes.
In the meeting, which took place in Bucharest, Moayer explained Iranian Judiciary achievements in campaign against financial corruption, drug trafficking and terrorism and expressed Iran's readiness to share experience and sign memorandum of understanding to fight organized crimes and extradition of prisoners with Romania.
Augustin Lazar expressed pleasure with close cooperation between the two countries and said that main problems for both countries are similar, calling for joint cooperation for success.
He called for constructive dialogue and regular consultations between the two countries and said that determination of priorities; especially Iran's experience about campaign against drug trafficking and terrorism are so important and the ground for mutual cooperation is well-prepared.
