4 October 2015: DCHQ Director General for International Relations, Ambassador Bayat met with Italian Deputy Embassy, Mr. Maurizio Antonini, and Drug liaison officer, Mr. Fabio Bernardi here in Tehran.

Reviewing the ongoing cooperation, they emphasized on the implementation of the MOU between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Republic of Italy on "promotion of stabilization and development of Afghanistan", signed on 23 September 2013. Further, they discussed boosting of cooperation on regional and international dimension of world drug problem.
